• $7 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $100!
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours. If the order contains items from multiple locations, fulfillment time can vary from 3-5 business days. Shipping times may vary during holidays & special events, please contact us for special arrangements.
• FREE local pickup is available in Carolina Beach, NC & Wilmington, NC. (Choose option at checkout.)
• It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible if a package if returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address. 
• We are not responsible for any delays within our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS/UPS/Fed Ex does not deliver by the estimated delivery date.
• Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages, once the carrier confirms delivery you will need to contact the them specifically regarding your package.

Returns: 

We hope you love your purchase! In the event you need to return

• Returns on unworn, unwashed free of any odor items with tags still attached are accepted within 30 days of receipt of item. 
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Sale/clearance items, and Holiday/Seasonal items, Intimates, and Earrings are NOT returnable, they are final sale. 
• Shoes must be returned in original, undamaged packaging.
• Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. 
• Defective or damaged item: Please inspect all packages upon arrival. Please notify us by email hello@shopsaltychic.com within 5 days of receiving your items. Please include any photos of the damaged item.
